中医提示早晚服用何首乌粉可乌发补肾

　　大家了解何首乌一般是从首乌洗发水开始的，其实何首乌这个中药，内服有很好的补肾作用，而且能乌黑头发，延年益寿，是不错的保健中药。

　　如果你想头发乌黑，可用何首乌粉、黑芝麻粉等量混合，早晚各服一汤勺，坚持服用半年，会看到黑头发增多。

　　何首乌粉、黑芝麻粉在有些超市可以买到，也可以从药房买来何首乌饮片，自己在家研磨成粉状。

　　《本草纲目》中记载的名补方“七宝美髯丹”，主角就是何首乌，此外还有白茯苓、黑芝麻等一共八味中药组成，现在这个药做成了中成药，大家在药房也可以买到。

　　七宝美髯丹这个药方有很不错的补肾作用，适合气血不足、身体虚弱、头发早白、腰膝酸软、齿牙松动的人，也经常用来治疗肾虚不育、遗精、崩带等。吃此药时要注意别吃萝卜、寒凉辛辣等刺激之品。

　　由于何首乌具有补肾作用，治疗男性不育症的方药中，大都有何首乌，如果你是属于肾虚的不育患者，可购买首乌粉配合治疗，早晚各服一汤勺，坚持服3~6个月，会有助提高疗效。

　　当然，何首乌毕竟是一种药物，不是所有人都适合，所以建议大家在吃之前，还是先找中医咨询一下，比如阴虚阳亢这种体质的人就不适合吃何首乌。
