企业是由一个个具体的岗位构成的,每个岗位又是由员工主持的。如何发挥岗位优势,调动岗位主持人的积极性和创造性,是知识经济条件下每个企业所面临的严峻问题。绩效考评就是解决这一问题的关键所在。然而,从岗位的角度来研究绩效考评的理论却不多见,形成理论的更是少而又少。但是岗位管理一直存在,绩效考评也在持续发展。只要有工作任务,就会有岗位,就要有相应的人来主持这个岗位的工作,就要对这个岗位上的主持人和岗位工作进行相应的管理和考评。 本文力图通过构建岗位管理中的绩效考评系统来解决企业绩效考评所面临的操作性差、针对性不强、难以落实等一系列问题。该系统通过将企业战略有效地转化为每个岗位的可实现目标,并对岗位目标进行考评来实现企业的绩效考评。运用AHP法,通过建立数学模型,确定各考评指标的权重,为企业绩效考评工作提出一个崭新的途径和方法。 【英文摘要】 A business enterprise is constituted of all concrete posts, and each post is managed by an employee.
