农村中小学心理健康教育现状及对策研究（研究生论文）

【中文摘要】 21世纪的人才,除了应具备良好的身体素质、文化素质、道德素质外,良好的心理素质也是必不可少的条件。当代中小学生是跨世纪的一代,他们处于身心发展的关键时期,正在由幼稚走向成熟,他们的心理健康状况影响着21世纪人才的整体素质,关系着建设社会主义事业的成败。我国从20世纪90年代开始着手进行中小学生的心理健康教育,到现在已经取得了很大的进步,有了不少研究成果,如:大中城市的中小学校普遍重视心理健康教育的研究;很多中小学校都有专业的心理教师;有些学校开设了心理咨询室、心理信箱等帮助学生解决心理问题。但是,那些地处农村的中小学校由于受到各种条件的限制,心理健康教育工作开展得不够好。本项研究就是以农村中小学的心理健康教育为研究对象,旨在为农村中小学制定改善其心理健康教育工作的参考措施,以促进农村中小学心理健康教育的进一步发展,使农村中小学校提高对学生心理健康教育的重视程度,进而提高农村中小学生的心理健康状况,为社会培养更多、更全面的人才。本研究主要采用文献法、观察法、分析法等研究方法。本研究详细阐述了农村中小学生的心理健康状况以及农村中小学校心理健康教育工作现状,并对农村中小学生心理问题存在的主要原因及农村中小学校心理健康教育工作中存在的主要问题进行了系统分析,最后,结合学者们对农村中小学校心理健康教育提出的相关意见,笔者提出了改善农村中小学校心理健康教育的若干措施,包括:建立心理健康教育教研室;培训专兼职的心理健康教育人员;加强校园文化建设;建立正规的学生档案;在课堂教学中渗透心理健康教育等。
【英文摘要】 The talented people of the 21st century should not only have the good physical, cultural and moral qualities, but also a good psychological quality. As the Cross-Century generation, the contemporary students are in the critical period of development in mind and body, approaching to the maturity from childishness. Their psychological health situation has an influence on the whole quality of the 21st century talented people and bears success or failure in constructing socialism.Our country has made great progress and achievements since 1990’s when it set out to carry out the psychological health education of the students in primary and secondary school. For instance, the primary and secondary school in large and medium-sized cities generally attach importance to the research into the psychological health education; many schools have already had professional psychology teachers; some have opened the psychological counseling rooms, letterboxes and so on to assist students solving psychological problems. However, the work isn’t carried out smoothly in those schools located in rural areas as a result of different limitations. This research, with the psychological health education in the primary and secondary school in rural areas as the object, aims at working out reference methods to improve the psychological health educational work for the primary and secondary school in rural areas in order to promote further development of the education, improving the value on the psychological health, further more, improve the situation of psychological health to develop more and all-round talented people.This research mainly applies the method of literature, observation, interview and analysis, etc. It utters the psychological health situation of the students in primary and secondary school in rural areas in detail and analyzes the chief reason for the psychological problems and the main problems existed in the educational work. At last, I put forward several methods of improving psychological health education with a combination of scholars’advice, including setting up psychological health educational office; training professional and part-time teachers on psychological health; strengthening the cultural construction on campus; establishing formal students’archives; giving a knowledge of psychological health in class and so on
