 中国人民解放军军事法院

1954年1月中央军委决定设立解放军军事法庭. w]{NaNIeq1  
1954年11月1日解放军军法庭改称为解放军军事法院。 R":nG7o  
1956年12月6日中央军委笫92次会议根据最高人民法院的建议.决定将解放军军事法院改称最高人民法院军事审判庭，隶属于总政治部。 tN 5brf  
1961牟1月16日总政治部发出关于保卫、军检、军事审判庭三个部门合署办公的通知。 ='7n  
1962年9月3日三个部门又正式分署办公.军事审判庭成为独立审判机关。 p,=:Ff}~  
1965年4月21日最高人民法院建议将军事审判庭改为解放军军事法院。 vYD>m~Qc^  
1965年5月22日中共中央批复同意恢复军事法院，1965年5月29日总政治部通知：经中央军委批准恢复军事法院，自1965年6月1日起启用新印章。 `O5kI#m)L*  
1969年11月1日，军事法院在总政治部编制体制中被撤销。 ({cgak  
1978年1月18日，中央军委发出关于军队编制体制的调整方案，决定恢复军事法院，1978年10月13日，总政通知；根据中央军委决定军事法院己经恢复，定于1978年10月22日开始办公。 #lax0IYY=
