产妇疑因未给足红包被缝肛门续：助产士被停职

羊城晚报深圳今天消息记者罗云芳报道：深圳一名产妇疑因未给足助产士红包遭到报复被缝肛门事件(详见本报昨日a8版报道)，又有新进展：深圳凤凰医院昨日在内部正式对助产士张某作出离岗检查并学习的处理，而更多的处理将等待卫生行政部门作出。涉事产妇的丈夫陈先生对于助产士前天的回应非常愤怒，今早对羊城晚报记者称自己手里有视频等证据，必要的时候会向外公布。

深圳市卫生和人口计划生育委员会的调查组到医院调查及听取助产士现身说法后，陈先生表示异常愤怒。陈先生今早对记者表示，他看到相关媒体报道后觉得非常不可思议，助产士面对媒体在撒谎，一是她不承认曾给过索要红包的暗示，二是送红包和还红包的时间不一致。助产士张某称是7月23日术后收的红包且于第二日悄悄将红包放进了抽屉，而陈先生的说法是术前送的红包，且是7月28日在市卫生部门调查组来调查开会后经医院人员的提醒后才看到退回的100元，此前每天打开抽屉多次都没有发现抽屉里有红包。

针对专家的看法及医院的态度，陈先生表示，老婆的肛门确实是被缝死过，是“缝”还是“扎”目前各方的表述不一样，但总之是被封死，无法大便。他手里握有视频等证据，如果有必要将在方便的时候公布，现在公布可能累及的不止是助产士和护士。如果不能在深圳讨回一个公道和说法，他将向广东省及上级部门反映。

记者昨日获悉，凤凰医院已对助产士张某作出了正式处理决定：离岗、检查、学习。根据深圳市卫人委的调查和决定，助产士张某至少存在两项违规，其一是未请示产科医生擅自对产妇进行结扎止血，超出其执业范围，违规行医；其二是收受红包。深圳市卫人委副巡视员谢若斯今早接受羊城晚报记者采访时表示，凤凰医院对张某作出的停职处理是依据医院内部的规定来进行的，卫生行政部门对该院和张某的处理还要等卫生监督部门的详细调查结果出来后再行决定。而张某自己前天面对媒体时就表示，发生这件事，肯定是要被医院炒掉的，因此对于被停职的结果，已在她意料之中。

针对网友对“卫生部门包庇医院”的质疑，谢若斯表示，专家组的调查结果就是卫生部门的技术性的调查结果，目前的结论就是“没有缝肛门”，并没有有意要包庇医院，如果家属有新的证据证明“被缝肛门”，欢迎他们向卫生部门提供。
