　　世上有利益的地方，就有人去争，不管在任何一个时代都逃脱不了的现象，古时，科举是众多仕子唯一出人头地的通道，固此，每个仕子可谓是寒窗苦读，为有朝一日能够出人头地，光宗耀祖。而今日，高考是很多普通民众想改变命运的余径，不过现今高考与以前的科举有很大的出入，以前科举高中之后，都可以弄个一官半职，多半可以衣食无忧，生活就不成问题！而现今的大学生毕业后，还需要自己去找工作，还要经历社会的各种各样的艰辛和磨练，当然，有背景的，父辈早就帮忙安排好了，而四处找工作的，多半是来自农村的贫家子弟！
　　尽管如此，在高考之中，依然还存在各种不平等的待遇，如在高考生加分来说，原本国家规定是给一些对国家做出贡献或有特别情况的考生准务的，其实政策一到基层就变味了，很多拥权者把好的东西，关起门来平分了。我辈生存在民间，曾听到这样的流言，很多地方教育加分的考生非富即贵，有的买，有的当人情送，在他们眼里，反正有名额顶上就可以了，符不符合国家标准，不查谁知道呢？至于埋没良知，丧失人性，哪有自己的前途重要呢？这些人在相互得利之中，无形之中形成了一张网，这张网非一般利器能捅破的！
　　最近，发生在鄂尔多斯公安系统招聘的这一案例，不过是增添了一个新的注脚而已。鄂尔多斯市人事人才网上最近刊登的公安系统招聘公告显示，东胜区公务员子女在笔试成绩上加10分。这一公告立即引起诸多报考者的不满，投诉此政策有歧视性，当地人事局答复此政策是“为了照顾内部工作人员”，“你们把分考高点不就行了”。
　　看到这则报道的时候，我笑了，这就是当今公务员的现状，难怪平时大家提起公务员都显得不屑一顾。看来现今一些公务员的权力霸道已经赤裸裸的展现在众人的面前，而且还恬不知耻！肥水不流外人田，每个中国人都懂的，但很多的时候，大家还是要装模作样一番的。这回，全裸露了。就像是一个娼妓，以前还是披着一件单薄的外衣，遮遮掩掩说自己是良知妇女，还树起了贞节牌坊。这回脱光衣服躺在床上，翻天覆地，享受肉欲的高潮！而公务员子女加分，则是赤裸裸享受权力霸道带来的高潮。
　　无论在任何一个时代，公平是权衡社会文明的标准。社会的文明并不是平***口号喊的有多响，文件出了有多少，而是实际行动中，你是否做到了。实践证明一切，空头口号等不切实际的，只是一个履行责任的前提。而一个国家的公务员，对国家来说，是一个窗口，对社会来说起着典范作用！而现今，在公务员队伍里出现这样那样对社会不公平的事件，也就不能怪民众有诸多怨言，历来，民众怨言的由来都是和现实社会密切相关的。
　　拿这次给公务员子女加分来说，是很明显的一件不公平事件，而在当地人事局面对质疑，竟然还说“为了照顾内部工作人员”“你们把分考高点不就行了”这等不知羞耻的论调！真是让人看了，实在无话可说，为什么当地人事局会作出这样的答复，在他们眼里，认为照顾内部工作人员，是理所以当然的事情，至于公平不公平，只是一些刁民无理取闹。觉得给公务员子女加分有失公平的考生，多半是自己考不了高分，才会这么说！画蛇添足的故事，相信很多人都知道，为什么那个人要给蛇画脚呢？因为他觉得蛇应该是有脚的，理所当然画上去，蛇脚是画上去了，酒就喝不到了。而鄂尔多斯公安系统招聘给公务员子女加分就是如此，给公务员子女分加上去了，但丧失对社会的公平和良知，这种特权、霸道的思想只会引起民众的反感！最终会成了制造社会不公的罪人！
