神马文学网当当网致信美国证监会 揭露亚马逊欺骗大众

DoNews 6月4日消息（记者 肖克锋）据当当网相关人士表示，该公司已于6月1日分别致信亚马逊投资人关系部门、美国证券交易委员会（SEC） 及当当网投资人和董事会成员，揭露亚马逊的欺诈行为。
据该人士表示，当当网认为，亚马逊在2004年收购卓越网时宣称卓越网为当时“最大的中文网上书店”是错误的，误导了消费者、供应商与投资人，不符合上市公司对信息披露真实性的基本法律要求。
据悉，当当网曾就此事致信亚马逊CEO，要求其修改有关说法，但一直未得到回复。此次，当当网致电SEC，希望由SEC敦促亚马逊修订不实信息，并将其呈示给当当网投资人和董事会成员。（完）

As shareholder of Amazon.com since 90s,I request Amazon to amend its 8-K filing dated 8/19/2004. The filing stated that "The Joyo.com Web sites are the largest online retailers of books, music and videos in China." Regardless the percentage of sales Joyo had or has in total Amazon sales, providing correct information to shareholders in compliances with listing requirement is minimum that Amazon should do for us shareholders.
Dear Dangdang shareholders and directors,Dangdang sends out very few public annoucement and here are ones to our dear competitor and its CEO, Jeff Bezos, who is coming to Beijing on Monday.
