Overview¶
Reconstructor is a GNU/Linux distribution customization and creationtoolkit. It allows for the customization of theUbuntu andDebian GNU/Linuxdistributions. Customizations include boot logo image and text color,wallpaper, themes, icons, applications, and more.
To start using Reconstructor (it's free) go tohttps://build.reconstructor.organd signup.
Requirements¶
To use Reconstructor, you just need a modern web browser (Firefox,Safari, Chrome, etc.) with Javascript enabled. We strongly recommendagainst Internet Explorer, but if you must use it, Reconstructor is onlyknown to work with Internet Explorer 8.

How much does it cost?¶
The Reconstructor Build Service is free to use up to a certainamount. SeeFees for details.
You can also use the standaloneReconstructor Engine with projects exported fromthe web application for free. Using the standalone engine builds onyour local machine.
