春晚刚过，就有无数人开始炮轰春晚了。说实话今天找的这个对应“炮轰....”的英文词我似乎也没有太大的把握，不知道是不是最好对应这个单词。先留此一记号，将来找到更合适的，再更正下。

rail做名词的时候是栏杆的意思，做动词是“怒斥、怒骂”，英文释义如下：
To express objections or criticisms in bitter, harsh, or abusive language；to complain about something/somebody in a very angry way
上面的释义中可以看到rail at/against sth/sb.的意思中有几个要点：持反对意见，很愤怒，用于尖刻、不客气。看看还挺符合“炮轰”的意思地。

2005年人民对超女的狂热爱好到达了顶峰，这个“狂热”怎么说？

把一边煎熟。没有煎的那朝上的一面看起来不正像一个太阳吗？

说完鸡蛋说牛肉，这方面中外太有差别了。中国人无论是熟食还是凉拌，都只能是煮熟过的牛肉！外国人怎么就爱吃半生不熟、甚至带血丝的牛肉呐？？！不过，这些吃法的英文得学会了，不然在西餐厅，要是别人问“How do you like it cooked?”,还真不知所措了。

请做成半生不熟的。（画外音：这能吃吗？）
2. rare
稍微烤一下就好，这是烤5分钟的效果，接近于生牛肉almost raw.
3. medium (medium rare)
中等，这是烤13分钟的效果
4. medium-well
快熟的，不要太老的，这是烤17分钟的效果
5. well done
熟透的，这是烤25分钟的效果
真的挺难记住的.分分类的话，不太熟的是与rare这个词联系的，跟生的差不多的，就直接用rare，半生不熟对于中国人来说还是生的，也就是medium rare；已经往熟的那边靠了，就直接与well联系的，刚刚熟就直接用medium,如果快熟了，就是medium-well（就是熟的那一段的中间呀），如果完全熟了，就是well done.
这样应该还记多了！
