2010年09月24日01:16京华时报我要评论(551) 字号：T|T据新华社9月23日电 武汉白沙洲长江大桥近日开始为期40天的局部封闭维修。这已是这座投资11亿元的长江大桥建成通车后10年间的第24次维修，平均不到1年要修两次。
据了解，此桥最近一次大修是去年7月到9月间，桥面用的是美国进口环氧沥青混凝土，耗资逾亿元。当时，面对市民对此桥“屡修屡坏”的质疑，有关方面自信地说“至少要管6年”。可实际上通行不到3个月就又修了一回。现在主桥桥面已出现数十个坑洼，如同“牛皮癣”一样，所以不得不大修。
据负责大桥上一次维修的公司解释称，花亿元动大手术，用的是进口新材料，但为了赶工期，施工用的是“土办法”：在没有等到混凝土自然干透的情况下，采取高温油炉烘干，使得沥青黏合强度、硬度都大打折扣。
白沙洲大桥是武汉长江第三桥，与1958年建成的万里长江第一桥相距数公里，长江一桥50年才大修过一次。
据了解，关于桥梁施工的质量责任，武汉市政府已经展开对白沙洲大桥设计、施工、监理、管理等环节的调查。
